Recently, Blizzard COO Paul Sams talked about their views on World of Warcraft at the player meeting. World of Warcraft is the most successful MMORPG project launched by Blizzard, with millions of loyal users worldwide. The game was first released in 2004, and has undergone multiple updates and multiple expansions, with interesting gameplay and rich content. It's hard to imagine that a studio developing MMORPG for the first time could create such a great product, maybe we can find some clues from Sams's conversation.
